A few useful details
Does it process payments or payroll?
No. Payment entries record transactions handled elsewhere. Time and gross-pay preparation do not calculate tax withholding, net pay, or make payroll deposits. It is not an accounting or payroll service.
Is this a custom software build?
We can configure the existing PT Field Manager application or discuss custom features, integrations, and data imports. We’ll recommend a scope based on your workflow, priorities, and budget.
What does monthly support cover?
Your proposal sets out the maintenance, backup checks, support, and configuration help included for your business. Additional work is discussed and approved separately. No 24/7 response or uptime guarantee is included.
What happens if I cancel?
Service is monthly. Give notice before your next billing period. Before launch, your agreement will confirm data export, retention, access after cancellation, licensing, and any third-party obligations.
