Our work began with helping Araceli’s father, Richard’s father-in-law, expand NGA Restoration LLC. We pitched in with social media marketing, photography, and digital marketing to help the business reach more customers and show the quality of its work.
As the work grew, Richard developed his programming skills and began building more advanced websites and software for contractors. What started as helping a family business became the foundation for P&T Consultants.
Our roots are in working with contractors. Today, our services also include marketing support, analytics, sales reporting, data entry, digitization and database setup.

P&T Consultants LLC is co-owned by Richard Pethick and Araceli Tello in East Haven, Connecticut. We provide websites and creative services, marketing support, analytics, custom software, data services and ongoing technology support.
Co-owner / Graphic design & visuals
Araceli leads graphic design and the visual side of P&T. Her focus is how your business looks and how its ideas come across, from graphics to the overall visual direction of a project.
She also works alongside Richard on drone photography and video, helping bring a fresh perspective to properties, projects, and business marketing.
Co-owner / Programming & development
Richard handles all programming and development at P&T. He builds the websites and custom software that put a project’s ideas into practice, with tools shaped around the way a business works.
Alongside development, Richard joins Araceli on drone photography and video projects. Together, they connect the technical work with the visual side of the business.
